Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak reviews

A special shout‑out to Dew, Oh, and the rest of the team for making us feel so special. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a cake and sang Happy Birthday at breakfast.

Perfect place to stay

Perfect place to stay, staff are a credit to themselves and hotel and extra nice to see the GM involved and part of the whole team.

Large rooms, right on the beach

We loved our stay here, the rooms are large and have everything you need, the resort is located on the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the staff are so friendly, happy and always so helpful.

Our best resort in Phuket so far

All the staff were super friendly, seemed happy with their work, trained well. Good management. Nat the omelet cook at breakfast buffet provided exceptional and professional service. He was happy and smiling every morning. Greeted everyone that walked thru the doors. The waiters and waitresses at lunch and dinner were kind and responsive. Ben in reception was really nice and professional as well. The ladies working the front desk and recreation desk, housekeeping and bell men, were great as well. We have been to Phuket 4 times already and this resort has been our best so far.

Excellent service throughout

We had a very comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service throughout our visit, both from the Front of House and Back of House teams. Special thanks to Khun Fat at the Soak Bar for the warm hospitality and outstanding service.

A fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at the resort. Service was excellent, rooms were very comfortable, and the resort was very well presented. The food was very good, and staff members were very friendly and accommodating.
