The short answer
TravelPearls is the trading name of Travel Pearls Pty Ltd, ABN 65 696 242 065, an Australian company at 55 Pyrmont Bridge Rd, Pyrmont NSW 2009. It was founded in April 2026 by two travel industry veterans with more than 20 years of combined experience building the deal platforms Australians already use.
We sell a small number of hand-negotiated 5-star hotel packages, contracted directly with each hotel. You pay in full by card through Stripe, the hotel confirms the reservation to us in writing, and you receive a voucher with a booking reference you can quote to the hotel. More than 700 bookings have been confirmed this way.

If you have searched Reddit for TravelPearls, you will have found little. We launched in April 2026 and most of our customers are not Reddit users, so there is not yet much independent discussion of us there.
Two things you should know. We do not post about ourselves on Reddit or any other forum, so any thread you do find was started by someone else. And we never pay for, trade for or seed reviews anywhere: every rating on this site comes from a confirmed booking.

TravelPearls on TripAdvisor
You will not find a TravelPearls listing on TripAdvisor, because TripAdvisor rates hotels, restaurants and attractions rather than the agency you booked through.
What you can check on TripAdvisor is the resort itself. We publish each hotel's public rating from Google or TripAdvisor on its deal page, with a selection of recent guest reviews, and we only list five-star and recognised premium boutique properties. The hotels on sale right now are below.
