How does the weekly deal work?
Each week, we release one curated travel deal. The deal is available for 7 days or until sold out, whichever comes first. Once expired, a new deal takes its place.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?
Yes! Most deals offer a deposit option. Pay a deposit now to secure your spot, then pay the remaining balance before the due date shown on your booking.
What if I need to cancel?
Our cancellation policy depends on how far in advance you cancel. Generally, cancellations 8+ weeks before departure are eligible for a full refund. See the deal's terms and conditions for specifics.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store your card details.
Can I book for a group?
Yes! When booking, you can add multiple passengers. Each passenger's details are collected during the booking process.
How do I get my travel documents?
Once your booking is confirmed and fully paid, your itinerary and travel documents will be available in your account under the booking details.
